We scream

I think this was the first OK GIGANTIC painting done. It was done on a coldish day, ironically. Some how Jake and I always bring out a little bit of different flavour in each others work.

Afroclap#3

If anyone knows me well enough, they know I have a small, manageable obsession with Jika Majika and all other things Patsula-esk. I think thats why I get so excited to do the flyers for the party. The party is to expose the best tropical and african sounds in Africa. Which is both rather noble and unbelievable fun.

This one was SO different from my usual way of designing. The brief was 'future african' So I painted the flyer in Illustrator.

Tomorrow night is AFROCLAP. I was so jealous about missing the last one. This is yet another project/thing of Jakobsnakes. He has an unbelievable ability to have a vision and make it real in a matter of moments. Heres a flyer we made together for the party. Excited for this one!
